What's been occupying my time lately.

This is what has been occupying my restoration time lately: An Australian model 1986 300ZX Turbo.
Bought for $700 not running, was supposed to need a new alternator. The plan was to fix it up quickly and use it as a daily driver to replace my 240K sedan. After replacing the alternator (and what a difficult job that is) I discovered it had an exhaust leak at the head. So now it sits in the shed with a half disassembled engine. I have to pull the head to remove 3 snapped exhaust studs as there is no way to get to them with the engine in the car.
Since I'm pulling the engine apart I'll put in new lifters (from the USA - local parts are too expensive), new timing belt, new water pump, and maybe a few mods to boost the HP a little.
